Cushmic Sounds is pleased to offer this absolute Monster Fender Custom Shop 1960 Relic Stratocaster from 2013 in Black over Candy Apple Red finish!
 
Weighing in at 3.4kg (7.5lbs) the lightweight 2-peice select custom picked Alder body features an incredible Relic Black over Candy Apple Red finish with an Aged mint green pickguard that just commands your attention while the plain grain Maple neck is a nice touch, has also received the Relic treatment and features a period-correct Oval "C" profile. The fretboard features a gorgeous dark Indian Rosewood slab with modern 9.5" radius and 21 Medium Jumbo frets that offer exceptional playability.
 
Featuring a set of brilliant sounding Custom Shop 60/63 single coil pickups with the middle position being reverse wound/reverse polarity for reduced hum in positions 2 and 4.
 
Controls feature a 5-way switch, 1 master volume and 2 tone with a Tone-Saver Treble Bleed circuit to allow crisp trebles at all volume levels.
 
All hardware has been carefully aged and consists of an American Vintage 6 saddle synchronized tremolo bridge, Vintage Style Fender logo tuners and wing string tree.
 
Comes with its Original Fender Custom Shop Hardshell Case, Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) and Hang Tag, Owner's Manual, Fender Leather Strap, Polish Cloth and Work Mat, spare 5-way Switch and Springs (sealed), Bridge Cover, Trem Arm, Custom Shop Sticker and even an unused Fender Custom Shop CruzTools Tool Box Kit.
 
Serviced and setup here at Cushmic Sounds with D'Addario 10-46 strings, frets cleaned and polished, fretboard cleaned and lightly oiled, intonation and action set, truss rod tested and works as it should, electronics cleaned, tested and working perfectly, all hardware cleaned and secured.
 
99% fret life so playability is superb!
