Cushmic Sounds is pleased to offer on consignment this Super Rare '68 Reissue Les Paul Custom from 2007, featuring a stunning Wine Red Figured top with Ebony back from the Gibson Custom Shop.

Weighing in at 4.88kg (10.75lbs) with a 2-piece Figured Maple top, 1-peice non-weight relieved Mahogany body, Mahogany set-neck with long neck tenon, comfortable 'C' shape profile, Ebony fingerboard, 22 medium jumbo frets, Mother-of-pearl block inlays and Bone nut.
 
Featuring a replacement set of killer sounding Aussie made humbuckers from Vertigo Instruments in Brisbane, QLD.

Original 500k CTS pots, caps, Switchcraft 3-way toggle switch and ouput jack.
 
All Gold hardware has recently been replaced with genuine parts, consisting of a Gibson ABR-1 Tune-o-matic bridge, Stop Bar tailpiece and output jack plate along with a set of super smooth Grover Tuners.
 
All original black plastics, control knobs and Amber switch tip.
 
Replacement truss rod cover.
 
Comes with its original Gibson Custom Hardshell Case, Certificate Of Authenticity (COA), Hang Tags and Case Key.

Serviced and setup here at Cushmic Sounds with D'Addario 10-46 strings, frets cleaned & polished, fingerboard lightly oiled, intonation and action set, truss rod tested and works as it should, electronics cleaned, tested and in working order, all hardware cleaned and secured.
 
Frets are excellent, playability is absolutely superb!
 
Overall condition is 7/10. There are a few minor dings and scratches throughout. There is also some noticeable paint imperfection on the reverse side of the neck, most likely due to bubble wrap being placed inside the case during shipping from the previous seller (this is NOT recommended when shipping).
 
The reverse side of the headstock also shows scratches and imperfections throughout, most likely due to the tuner replacement installation.
 
NOTE: I should also mention that although the 3-way toggle switch is in working order, it may need to be replaced at some point. I have a genuine Switchcraft replacement switch available and I'm happy to install upon purchase or I can include with the sale, just let me know.
 
With all this being noted, this Les Paul Custom is still a lovely guitar and something that is extreamly hard to come by, especially with the Wine Red Figured top, so you better be quick!
