Weighing in at 3.73kg (8.22lbs) with a solid Mahogany body, 1-piece Mahogany set-neck with extremely comfortable "C" shape, Ebony fingerboard with lovely Mother-of-pearl Block inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets.
 
Featuring a 'Face-Melting' set of EMG 81/85 active pickups with 2 Volume, 2 Tone controls and 3-way switch. NOTE: Rhythm Tone pot was faulty and has been replaced.

Hardware consists of a genuine Floyd Rose Tremolo with replacement Springs, and Sturdy Grover Tuners.
 
Comes with its original Gibson Custom Hardshell Case, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) personally signed by Zakk in 2007 as part of this signature model's release. The COA is professionally mounted behind glass along with the 'Shot To Hell' album cover and artwork, also personally signed by Black Label Society at an in-store meet and greet at Kosmic Sound in Osborne Park, WA during the band's 2006 Australian tour.
 
Also included is an authentic (official tour merch) Black Label Society denim biker vest, purchased by the original owner at the Metro City show in Northbridge, Perth, Western Australia on September 21st, 2006.
 
Trem arm, Schaller strap locks, truss rod wrench, allen keys, Gibson cable, and original tone pot included.
 
Serviced and setup here at Cushmic Sounds with D'Addario 10-46 strings, frets cleaned and polished, fretboard cleaned and lightly oiled, intonation and action set, truss rod tested and works as it should, electronics cleaned, tested and working perfectly, all hardware cleaned and secured.
 
Frets are in Excellent condition so playability is superb!
 
Overall condition Good with moderate play wear throughout.
