Cushmic Sounds is pleased to offer this "One-Off" Hot-Rodded Gibson Flying V '67 Reissue in stunning Cherry Gloss Nitro finish from 2012.
 
Weighing in at 3.6kg (7.9lbs) with a solid 3-piece Mahogany body, 1-piece Mohagany set neck, unbound Rosewood fretboard with mother-of-pearl Dot inlays from Cushmic Sounds' personal collection.
 
Featuring a set of absolutely Crankin' Gibson 490R/498T Humbuckers, 500k CTS Pots with 2 volume controls, 1 master tone control, and 3-way switch.
 
Now let's address the 'Elephant in the room' shall we? A Bigsby on a Flying V?? No way!! Way!!
 
After some research and much consideration, I came across the USA made Vibramate system. This system consists of 2 brackets that allow for easy installation. The top bracket fits in place of a regular stop-bar tailpeice without having to drill holes while the rear bracket is installed via 2 screws drilled into the body. The rear bracket is needed in order to secure the tail-end of the Bigsby.
 
Other mods on this baby include a Custom made chrome plated 'Raised' Gibson Headstock Logo, Cushmic Sounds' hand made Truss Rod Cover and hand made Bone Nut, Tune-o-matic Roller Bridge and Chrome Pickup Covers.
 
Keeping you in tune are a set of TonePros Kluson Deluxe Tuners (original to this guitar).

Overall condition is excellent, but with the exception of some hanger burn at the base of both sides of the headstock, a minor (repaired) crack at the base of the pickguard, and some very light play wear (See Photos).
 
Comes with its Original Gibson Hardshell Case (modded to accommodate Bigsby), Certificate Of Authenticity (COA), Checklist, Owner's Manual, and Rubber Trem Arm Cover.
 
Serviced and setup here at Cushmic Sounds with D'Addario 11-52 strings, frets cleaned and polished, fretboard cleaned and lightly oiled, intonation and action set, truss rod tested and works as it should, electronics cleaned, tested and working perfectly, all hardware cleaned and secured.
 
Frets are in perfect condition so playability is superb!
