NOTE: I did mistakenly mention in the video that the pots were stamped the 49th week of 74, so my apologies.

All original gold hardware is in excellent condition. The ABR-1 bridge has lost its retaining wire but its still functional, and the factory USA made Grover tuners are in perfect working order.

It is common for the gold plating on these vintage guitars to show fading and/or pitting due to playing, gigging, traveling, temperature changes etc. But this beauty has spent most of its life in storage, hence its exceptional condition.

All original plastics; Input jack plate is cracked but still in place.

Comes with its original Gibson Hardshell Case with all working latches, lock and handle.

Serviced and setup here at Cushmic Sounds with D'Addario 10-46 strings, frets cleaned and polished, fretboard cleaned and lightly oiled, electronics cleaned, tested and working perfectly, truss rod adjusted and works as it should, all hardware cleaned and secured.

Original frets are on the lower side, but in very good condition and playability is excellent. This black beauty won't require any fret work for some time yet.

Overall condition is 8.5/10. There are a few blemishes here and there, most notably there is a gouge/mark on the bass side of the top, some smaller, similar marks toward the bass of the top, and a few of the same gouges on the back just below the neck heel, the treble side of the fretboard at the cutaway shows some binding shrinkage, and the back of the neck is showing some lines in the paint due to old age.

Considering this is a 50 year old vintage instrument, it is one of the cleanest examples you'll find on the market right now.

No breaks, structural cracks or repairs.

No belt buckle wear/worming on the back.
