Cushmic Sounds is pleased to offer on consignment this sensational, vintage 1962 Les Paul SG Junior in original Factory Cherry Nitro finish, made during Gibson's "Golden Era" in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Weighing in at a mere 2.73kg (6.01lbs) with a solid, incredibly resonant 1-piece Honduran Mahogany body, 1-piece Honduran Mohogany 'Reset-neck' with long tennon and Slim "C" shape profile, Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard with 12" radius, 22 replacement Medium Jumbo frets, original Pearl dot inlays and replacement Nylon nut which looks to be Graph Tech Tusq.

Featuring it's original P-90 pickup with 7.93k output and original "dogear" cover, put simply this one absolute Rock Machine! What a Beauty!
 
Replacement wiring harness with CTS 500k pots, Sprague cap and Switchcraft output jack.
 
Replacement 3-ply pickuard, original control cavity cover, truss rod cover, black/silver reflector knobs with position indicators.
 
Original aluminium lightweight wraparound tailpiece, posts and studs.
 
Replacement strap buttons.
 
Grover tuners were added some time ago. The holes have been filled/dowelled and replacement Repro Kluson Strip tuners are now in place.
 
Comes with its original Gibson Hardshell Case in Fair condition. Two of the four latches are in working order (just) and the handle is still hangin' in there!
 
Serviced and setup here at Cushmic Sounds with D'Addario 10-46 strings, frets cleaned and polished, fretboard cleaned and very lightly oiled, intonation and action set, truss rod tested and works as it should, electronics tested and working perfectly, hardware cleaned and secured.
 
Frets are in excellent condition, the refret is top notch so playability is superb!
 
Overall condition is Good, the finish has faded over time, there is moderate playwear throughout and some light buckle worming on the back of the body. The neck looks to have been oversprayed some time ago and shows moderate play wear. It's clear this baby was loved, played and enjoyed!
 
No breaks or structural cracks.
 
A strong, professional neck reset was done years ago.
